Golden Thread Properties does not currently accept payments, deposits, or fees through this website. All engagements are arranged directly with our team following an initial consultation, and any associated fees are governed by a separate signed engagement agreement rather than this Site.

2. Future Fee-Based Services

Should we introduce paid services through this Site in the future (such as consultation bookings or advisory retainers), this policy will be updated in advance to describe applicable refund eligibility, cancellation windows, and the process for requesting a refund.

3. Engagement Agreements

For services arranged outside this Site, refund and cancellation terms are set out in the individual engagement letter or agreement signed by the client, which takes precedence over this policy.
